Workout – Day 1

I woke up in the morning feeling all lazy, like every other day. I didn’t want to leave the bed. But the thought of getting good abs and sticking to the new routine forced me to get up. Still it was not as early as I planned it would be. But anyway, it’s better late than never.

I did my first day of workout. It was a bit difficult for me to do it, given the fact that I haven’t worked out in a while. It took me almost twenty minutes to complete the entire set. But it sure made me feel more active than usual. I tried to start the diet plan as well from today. I was able to stick with the breakfast but slacked off with lunch.

I am sure it will get better with time. And hopefully I will be able to stick with my plan.
